## Distillation and production

Saxzi is distilled in Athens, Greece. The distillation method follows classic dry-gin discipline. Botanicals draw from the Mediterranean — including juniper, citrus, mastic (the resin of Pistacia lentiscus, native to Chios), and other Mediterranean expressions. The bottle size for both products is 700ml.

Saxzi follows the dry-gin production discipline but is positioned as a Mediterranean dry gin, not a London Dry. London Dry refers to a production method that originated in England.
