1. Definitions
- Company = Saxzi IKE, VAT EL802253904, 47 Geraniou Street, 2nd Floor, Omonoia, Athens 104 31, Greece
- Site = www.saxzi.com and all subpages
- Products = any gin products offered through the Site
- Customer = any person placing an order via the Site
2. Scope & Acceptance
By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Orders are only accepted from residents of Greece, aged 18 or over.
3. Account & Credentials
You’re responsible for any activity under your login. Notify us immediately at hello@saxzi.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
- Payment is via Shopify Payments (major credit cards). You authorize charges for Products, shipping, VAT, and any applicable duties or fees.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Duties
Prices are in EUR, VAT included. Any duties or bank fees (e.g. for cross-border cards) are borne by you.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
- Regions: We ship only within Greece.
- Methods & Timing: Delivery by courier or Hellenic Post, normally within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Title & Risk: Title and risk pass to you when we hand Products to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without reason. Notify us by email; return unopened goods at your cost.
- We’ll refund the purchase price (excluding your return shipping) within 14 days of receiving the goods.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
We may cancel any order (e.g. for stock issues) and will refund all amounts paid.
9. Age Verification & Responsible Drinking
By ordering you confirm you’re at least 18. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we suspect under-age purchase.

10. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

All Site content (brands, text, images) is owned by the Company. No reproduction or exploitation without our prior written consent.
12. Marketing Communications
By providing your email or phone, you consent to receive marketing emails or SMS. Opt-out at any time via the link in emails or reply STOP to SMS.

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook), and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
14. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: All Products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Greek law.

15. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any referenced rules) constitute the entire agreement. If any clause is invalid, the remainder survives.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting (“Last updated” date). Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
