A Saxzi One gin sour over crushed ice, drizzled with crème de mûre.

- 50 ml Saxzi One gin
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 12 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml crème de mûre
- Lemon slice and blackberry, to garnish

How to
Pour your Bramble
- Add Saxzi One gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake for about 8 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Drizzle the crème de mûre over the top so it bleeds through the ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh blackberry.

The story
The Bramble was created in 1984 by Dick Bradsell at Fred's Club in Soho, London. Inspired by childhood memories of picking blackberries. The drizzled crème de mûre is the visual signature. We pour Saxzi One gin.
