Origin
The story
The White Negroni was created in 2001 by Wayne Collins in Bordeaux, looking for a Negroni alternative using local French aperitifs. Lillet Blanc replaces sweet vermouth, Suze replaces Campari. Bittersweet and gentian-led. We pour Saxzi One gin.
