A Mediterranean G&T, made with Saxzi One gin, pink grapefruit and a pinch of coastal salt.

- 40 ml Saxzi One gin
- 100 ml chilled tonic water
- 1 pinch of Mediterranean coastal salt
- Pink grapefruit wedge or slice, to garnish

How to
Pour your Saxzi G&T
- Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice.
- Pour 40 ml of Saxzi One gin over the ice.
- Top up with 100 ml of chilled tonic water and stir gently to combine.
- Add a pinch of Mediterranean coastal salt over the top.
- Garnish with a generous pink grapefruit wedge or slice.
Origin
The story
Sea salt the way it is harvested all along the Mediterranean coast. In Greece we use Aegean salt, in Italy Sicilian, in Spain Mallorcan. Localising the salt is part of the ritual.
