Saxzi Colada
A lighter, Mediterraneanised Piña Colada, made with Saxzi Sun gin, coconut and pineapple, topped with Moscato d'Asti.

- 25 ml coconut purée
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 1 lime wedge (in the shaker)
- Moscato d'Asti, to top
- Brandied cherry on a pick, to garnish

How to
Pour your Saxzi Colada
- Add Saxzi Sun gin, coconut purée, pineapple juice and a lime wedge to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 10 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice.
- Top with Moscato d'Asti.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry on a pick across the rim.

We lighten the Piña Colada. We swap the rum for Saxzi Sun gin, swap the cream for purée, and top with Moscato so it drinks like a Mediterranean apéritif rather than a beach drink.
