How to

Pour your Saxzi White Negroni

  1. Combine Saxzi One gin, Vamma vermouth and simple syrup in a tin with ice.
  2. Roll between two tins three to four times to chill and dilute without aerating.
  3. Strain over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  4. Pinch a small amount of Mediterranean coastal salt over the surface.
  5. Float a lemon coin and an orange coin on top.
