Pour your Saxzi Bianco Sbagliato

  1. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  2. Pour Saxzi One gin and Vamma vermouth over the ice.
  3. Add a small splash of simple syrup.
  4. Top with about 40 ml of chilled tonic water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a single Kalamata olive and a lemon peel, expressing the lemon oils over the surface.
