The Saxzi cocktail menu
Two heroes, four signatures, twelve classics
Two hero serves, one per Saxzi gin. Four signature builds we recommend to bars across Europe. Plus the canonical classics, recipes intact, that round out the menu. They are also our personal favorites which we from time to time proudly offer guests in our homes, and it's with great pleasure we share the full recipes here.
Tier 1 — Hero serves
The two we lead with
One per gin. The Saxzi G&T showcases Saxzi One. The Saxzi Colada showcases Saxzi Sun. If you only try two, try these.
Tier 2 — Signature builds
Four classics, deliberately Mediterraneanised
Each is a known classic with a small Mediterranean turn. Mastiha in the Collins. Greek vermouth in the White Negroni. Vasilikos in the Smash. Same silhouette, our anchor.
Tier 3 — Standard classics
The canonical recipes, with our gin in the bottle
Reference builds for bartenders and home pourers. The orthodox version of each Saxzi signature, plus the gin classics every drinker can place. No Mediterranean turn. Just the standards.
